\nConflicts are inevitable in the workplace but it is what we do to prevent and manage them that matters.
\nThere is a focus on prevention in relation to occupational stress but also crisis resolution and rebuilding trust.
\nThe aims are as follows:
\n1. UNDERSTANDING how a conflict arises and develops
\n2. PREVENTING conflict situations and preparing effectively
\n3. MANAGING conflict and rebuilding trust
\nParticipants can establish how they position themselves in relation to the conflict, identifying situations that might generate conflict within their team or company
\nPractical solutions, techniques and tips will be offered to help you prevent and manage conflict situations as effectively as possible.
\nWould you like to better understand and find effective solutions to defuse latent conflicts as well as work with your team, peers, line management and clients to find solutions?
