Active Talents offers practical training (70% hands-on experience) to develop emotional intelligence through Reuven Bar-on’s 15 emotional competencies.

The objectives of this training course are :

  • Learn more about mother emotions, their intensity and associated needs.
  • Discover the Reuven Bar-on reference framework
  • Develop specific skills with EI

Personalized preparation is carried out in advance of the training session.
Numerous role-playing exercises are proposed, with constructive and supportive debriefings.
