The course ‘Preventing and managing conflicts‘ will be held on 11 and 12 May 2020 in Nice.
Conflicts are inevitable in the workplace but it is what we do to prevent and manage them that matters.
There is a focus on prevention in relation to occupational stress but also crisis resolution and rebuilding trust.
The aims are as follows:
1. UNDERSTANDING how a conflict arises and develops
2. PREVENTING conflict situations and preparing effectively
3. MANAGING conflict and rebuilding trust
Participants can establish how they position themselves in relation to the conflict, identifying situations that might generate conflict within their team or company
Practical solutions, techniques and tips will be offered to help you prevent and manage conflict situations as effectively as possible.
