It is an opportunity to explore proven speed reading techniques, whether for reading hard copy or on the screen, to choose the right ones for you and test them step by step.
The course is completely practical in its focus and you will need to bring your computer for reading and memorisation tests. Indeed, speed reading alone is not enough and you will also be taught comprehension and memorisation.
The aims of this one-day course are:
1. To reduce your reading times
2. To choose the reading style according to your objectives
3. To make the most of your work time by being able to extract the key information from a document
4. To promote comprehension and memorisation using appropriate techniques
You will also find out what can slow down your reading (sometimes unexpectedly) and the various techniques for increasing your reading speed both on screen and on paper.
